Transcendence is achieved by repeating a mantra in your mind. In doing so you will shed stress slowly but surely and when you have shed enough stress your mind will dive deep into a state called transcendence much like this skimming stone...
Meditating by repeating a mantra to transcend cuts through stress, reduces anxiety and insomnia, increases happiness, increases creative and intuitive thinking and so much more.

We learn about mantra meditations in week 4 of my Infinite Calm meditation course or my 121 sessions and I give you the tools and the knowledge on how to effortlessly and easily reach transcendence in your daily meditation sessions.
